Important: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by XRD Dental Equipment prior to shipment. Returns received without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense. To request an RMA, contact info@xrddental.com.
Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Equipment must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
Restocking fees apply based on the time elapsed since delivery:

Equipment received in defective or damaged condition must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. XRD Dental Equipment will cover return shipping costs for verified defective or damaged units.
At our sole discretion, resolution may include: repair of the unit, replacement with an equivalent unit, or full refund. XRD Dental Equipment reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on inspection of the returned equipment.
Return and warranty policies are consistent with the terms described on our Warranty and Repair Service pages. In case of conflict, the terms most favorable to the resolution of your issue will apply, at XRD Dental Equipment’s discretion.
