RETURN POLICY

Return & Refund Policy

Important: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by XRD Dental Equipment prior to shipment. Returns received without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense. To request an RMA, contact info@xrddental.com.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Equipment must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees apply based on the time elapsed since delivery:

Within 7 days 7% Full refund (minus fee)
8–60 days 30% Full refund (minus fee)
61–90 days 50% Store credit only

Defective or Damaged Equipment

Equipment received in defective or damaged condition must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. XRD Dental Equipment will cover return shipping costs for verified defective or damaged units.

At our sole discretion, resolution may include: repair of the unit, replacement with an equivalent unit, or full refund. XRD Dental Equipment reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on inspection of the returned equipment.

Return Requirements

  • All returns require prior authorization — contact info@xrddental.com before shipping anything back.
  • All returned equipment must include all original accessories, cables, carrying case, user manual, and original packaging. Items returned incomplete or in non-original packaging may be subject to additional restocking fees or refused at XRD Dental Equipment’s discretion.
  • Custom orders and special configurations are non-returnable.

Policy Consistency

Return and warranty policies are consistent with the terms described on our Warranty and Repair Service pages. In case of conflict, the terms most favorable to the resolution of your issue will apply, at XRD Dental Equipment’s discretion.
