Service Process

Initiate a Claim

Contact info@xrddental.com to start the process and receive your RMA number.

Ship Your Unit

Customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the defective unit to XRD.

Repair & Return

XRD is responsible for UPS Ground return freight of your repaired unit.

Terms & Conditions

Exclusions

  • Accidental damage — not covered
  • Loaner unit — not included
  • Plastic case replacement — not covered
  • Intentional abuse, neglect, or improper use
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality

Renewal & Cancellation

  • Auto-renews annually unless 30 days written cancellation notice is provided
  • XRD can terminate if intentional abuse or misuse is identified

General Terms

  • Coverage valid only for registered equipment
  • XRD not responsible for shipping delays
  • Governed by Florida law
  • Disputes resolved through binding arbitration

Additional Conditions

  • Claims must be within active coverage period
  • XRD may update terms annually with 60 days advance notice
  • Non-transferable, original purchaser only
Enrollment Disclosure
Your equipment does not need to be in working condition to enroll. Coverage is subject to confirmation upon receipt of your equipment by XRD. Units must arrive complete: broken parts are replaced with new ones, but units with missing parts or components are not eligible for coverage. If the equipment or the information provided does not correspond, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
